Perla privacy policy

After the Google account owner gives permission, Perla can view the calendars available to that account and read calendar event details. Event details may include titles, descriptions, dates and times, time zones, locations, reminders, recurrence information, and attendee information returned by Google Calendar.

Perla can create, update, or delete an event only when an authorized household user explicitly requests that calendar action.

Calendar information is used only to answer household scheduling questions, prepare requested schedule summaries or reminders, and carry out explicitly requested calendar changes.

Google Workspace API data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. It is not sold, used for advertising, or shared for unrelated purposes.

Calendar information may be processed by the services required to operate Perla, including Google Calendar and the configured AI service, solely to provide the household assistant function requested by the user. McRay Group does not permit those service providers to use the information for McRay Group advertising or unrelated commercial purposes.

Perla stores the Google authorization credential on an operator-controlled system with restricted file access. Short-lived access tokens are kept in memory. Perla does not maintain a separate long-term archive of calendar event content, and operational logs omit event titles, descriptions, and attendees.

The authorization credential is retained only while the household chooses to use the integration. The Google account owner can revoke Perla's access at any time from the Google Account third-party connections page.

To request deletion of Perla's stored authorization credential or related operational metadata, email zack@mcraygroup.co. McRay Group will remove it from the active system and confirm completion.
